NVR Inc., parent of NVHomes, Fox Ridge Homes, Heartland Homes and Ryan Homes, ranked No. 1 again on this List of the largest homebuilders in the Baltimore area.
The List is ranked by market share last year. In 2015, Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific Homes merged and changed the name of the combined company to CalAtlantic Homes. CalAtlantic Homes placed No. 4 on the List this year with 3.5 percent market share.
